We recently made some improvements to the functionality of our admin portal including an additional checkbox on Ride by Ridership Card to enable a short name column, dispatchers having access to the On Demand Dashboard, and the Rides Report can now include "Canceled At" and "Canceled By".
We've made additional fixes to the rider apps and the admin portal as well, read on to learn more.
iOS Updates

Web Updates
Admin Web - 2022-10-04
Improve
- Drag and drop broken in Admin web app. Chrome recently broke drag and drop in a very general way. This fix ensures drag and drop works fine for moving the stops for existing and newly created route services. Also, on the 'Assignments' page, the drag and drop works fine while adding trips to the shift.
Admin Web - 2022-10-07

- Dashboards | Add Additional Checkbox On Ride by Ridership Card To Enable Short Name Column. Adding an additional checkbox on the ride by ridership card of the web admin's dashboard view, allows for admins to see short names for each route.
- A11y Remediation: Update document title in rider app when navigating in app.
- Dispatcher Role Update Access to On Demand Dashboard. Follow-up work to give On Demand Dashboard access to the Dispatch role.
- Add hasVouchers property to instance and use flag in Admin web instead of experiment. Ensuring that the presence of the "Vouchers" section in the admin app depends on the instance flag, not the "vouchers" experiment.
Fix
- Delay events are not triggered when vehicle doesn't move. Alerts will now trigger even when vehicle does not move.
- Curb Time is not reflecting actual time shuttle arrives/stops in geofence. This ensures curb time is accurately reflected even if arriving more than 3 minutes early when geofences become live.
Admin Web - 2022-10-21
Improve
- Report listing all canceled fixed route services along with who canceled the service. Add "Canceled By" and "Canceled At" columns to the Rides Report in the admin console. These columns are only populated for rides that have been canceled. The columns are enabled by choosing "Cancel Info" under the "Columns..." button.
Fix
- Under the 'Home' page, after the 'OnDemand' tile, the other tiles ('Boarding, Parking' etc) are taking quite a long time to show (including parking). Rider App Boarding & Parking performance enhancements.
- Render `Expired` state as `Missed` in Parking Reservation Report. Expired reservations will be rendered as Missed in Report.
- Public commute plan must not include reservations for mentioned rides. Correction to expose the correct information to public users.
