The month of May included product improvements and fixes for the iOS and Android Rider App as well as TripShot’s web-based admin portal. Rider app improvements included the option to put a cached Trip Planner lookup table in a compact region and to make cache size configurable. The Admin Web has been updated for deleting an On Demand service. Users now receive more details on how many rides will be rescheduled or canceled. Inactive Route Services have been removed by default, and users can check a box to view inactive services. More Improvements, fixes and more are listed in detail below.

Admin Web - 2022-05-13
- When deleting an On Demand service, provide more details in the confirmation dialog - We now show additional details of how many users rides the system will attempt to reschedule or cancel when deleting a service.
- Remove inactive Route > Route Services by default - Currently, when an Admin navigates to TripShot Admin > Routes all Route Services appear within the pulldown menu. By default, we should only show active Route Services. We should also have a checkbox "Show inactive" next to the pulldown menu (to the right).
- Show all distributor IDPs on login page with a shift-option click (rather than just the TripShot Distributor IDP) - Currently, when a user holds down shift-option and clicks on the TripShot logo on the login page, only the TripShot Distributor IDP appears. To support operators and other distributors who may also have a need to login to all their instances, every valid IDP will appear.

- Update role access to OnDemand tab for Dashboard module - A vendor manager now has the ability to see both Fixed Route and OnDemand on the dashboard view of an instance.
- Use GPS accuracy of 30m or lower for arrival detection - We now support gps accuracy of 30m or lower for arrival detection.
- Optimize JSON encoding
- Sidewalk Labs recently introduced a new space state, nosensor. The unexpected space state is causing json parse failures on our side. We need to either parse or ignore the new state gracefully. Additionally, it may be advisable to make our parse more permissive so future changes on the SWL side don't break our integration.
- Some push notifications are recorded as having an empty string as confirmation in the rider notifications report - In the Rider Notifications report, there are two columns: error and confirmation. Exactly one of these two columns must be populated for every row. However, it appears that one of the push notification servers we're not capturing the confirmation message so it appears as blank. The value is indeed non-null so it was confirmed, but without some text there the user is confused as to the outcome.
- Fill phone number in immediate OD reschedule - Rescheduling an On Demand request that had an associated SMS phone number will now prefill the phone number.
- Incorrect error for missing SMS phone number in OD request - You should see the error "Missing SMS phone number".

- Track how many times a user enters in Guest Passphrase - Customers want to know how many times all users are entering in the Guest Passphrase. This gives a better idea for our customers to know how often riders are using our Transportation services.
