We've been working to bring you enhanced solutions with some improvements to our ecosystem. Riders will now be given an option for directions to/from a Point of Interest
We've been working to bring you enhanced solutions with some improvements to our ecosystem. Riders will now be given an option for directions to/from a Point of Interest once they click on it, reservations including a bike or wheelchair will let riders know if that space type is full, and riders can now see a "Change Password" prompt in Account Settings.
Within our admin portal users will now be able to filter between fixed route and on-demand vehicles on the map, yard capacity can now be added to a yard stop and the backend has been updated for creating, updating and deleting resource rules.

iOS Updates
Rider App - 2022-11-17
New
- TransfersDefRespect noault property in rider apps. A new property was added to mobile boot data. The rider app now needs to look at this property and automatically check "No Transfers" in the Trip Planner if it is true.
Improve
- Clicking on POI should show a Navigate To and Navigate From. Clicking on a POI will display a To and From button which will enter this location into the appropriate field in the Trip Planner.
- All reservation summaries need to distinguish between capacity and surplus. When vehicles don't have the wheelchair & bicycle capacity due to other user’s reservations, we will now display the following message. No reservable Wheelchair spaces available. No reservable bike spaces available.
- TripShot to modify the standards of the Safe Riding Prompt. Safety Prompt modified to:
Help keep your fellow riders and drivers safe from COVID-19
Do not ride if you:
- are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms
- have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days
- have had close contact in the last 10 days with someone who has tested positive or has COVID-19 symptoms
Be sure to comply with our safety guidelines:
- Wear a mask covering your mouth and nose while boarding and the entire ride
- Refrain from eating or drinking while in vehicles
- Use hand sanitizer at the entry of the vehicle when boarding
- Wipe and sanitize your seat before sitting (if desired) - Allow changing password. Now 'Change Password' option is getting displayed under the 'Account Settings' screen. Tapping the 'Change Password' option displays the current password, New Password, Repeat Password input fields with the placeholder text.

- Map Tab - Differentiation Between Fixed Route and On Demand. New feature to the maps tab to filter between fixed and on demand vehicles. Also to include a status legend and important details related to the vehicle such as the driver name.
Improve
- Vanpool Van's should have a Region selection. Adding the Region dropdown selection to creating Vanpool vans.
- Add Vehicle Filtering in the Map tab when using the new All/Fixed Route/On Demand filter. Now respecting the filter and only showing the appropriate selection.
- Update On Demand icon representation in the Map/map Legend to support new On Demand content. On the Map tab, adding indication in the legend for On Demand specific vehicles. Formerly it was using the Unassigned color.
- Add self-service badge import tool under Import tab. Updated admin user functionality within the Import tab.
Admin Web - 2022-11-18

- Back end for creating/updating/deleting Resource Rules. Updating backend for creating, updating, and deleting resource rules.
- Add "yard capacity" property to Stop. Surfacing 3 new fields when Yard is checked while creating a new Yard Stop. Yard Capacity, Yard Vendor (dropdown), Yard Midday Parking (checkbox).
Improve
- Vanpool API for van capacity. The Vanpool Ride Report export (.csv) will now have an option to add ‘Van Capacity’ and ‘Region Name’ as available columns.
- Add optional regionId parameter to GET /v1/dvirSubmission. Display region in DVIR Viewer to allow for filtering.
- Search for Stops are showing too many results. Improved search results and performance enhancements to the Stops module.
- Reporting - Users Report - Add User Unique ID as Available Column. Will now see the User Unique ID column when running the Users report.
