Improve
- On Demand User Rides screen can take several minutes to load for certain instances. The endpoint for the On Demand User Rides screen was pulling all users which led to long load times for instances with many users. A new endpoint was created to only pull users with future requests and all drivers.
- Add Type field to the Rides, User Requests and Stops report. Add the type field to the Rides, User Requests and Stops report. The type field will let users know if a request was for On Demand or for FlexRide.
- When canceling a User On Demand Request, do not refund the pass if the rider was picked up. This prevents passes from being refunded if the driver has arrived and picked up the passenger.
- Reporting to include TimePoint and Non TimePoint Stop. With the timepoints experiment flag, On Time Report now includes “Timepoint” column with Y/N values.
- Document `InternalRouteGroup` in the Shared API Endpoints. Adds ’InternalRouteGroup to API documentation.
- Vehicle QR Code API Deprecated | Generate QR Codes Via New Endpoint. Work to have our backend generate QR codes via a new endpoint.
- Change default start date in incidents view to today, rather than 7 days in past. By default we load 7 days of incidents, but that is too many for larger instances. Change start date to "today".
Fix
- Trip Planner shows On Demand as a option when there is no on demand service. This will reduce the instances where a rider sees the On Demand option when using the trip planner but then sees there are no On Demand options to select. This is achieved by reducing the search area for stop candidates. An additional benefit is that this will also decrease the number of map calls that are made.
- Multiple options highlighted when selecting a single on demand request candidate. This fixed an issue where a user could select multiple candidates when making a new On Demand request. This made it difficult to see which candidate was being selected.
- Fix GTFS Feed.txt Language to Match Agency.txt. Fixes an issue where the default language did not match with other associated txt files.

- Valet Ticket history endpoint. Valet - Newly created bundled history endpoint for the implementation of the Valet Ticket Viewer.
- Valet | Search Functionality Within Ticket Endpoint. Valet - Feature that allows users to search for name, phone, license plate. (Ticket code to be added).
- Valet | Valet History (Valet Ticket Viewer) Module. Valet - Introduces a Valet Ticket viewer that allows users to view all pertinent details of a ticket including history of events, damage inspection diagram and uploaded inspection photos.
- Valet | Introduce Separate Autofill Endpoint [Backend]. Valet - Backend work to support Valet Mobile App to Support Indexing by Name and Phone Number.
- Riders should only be able to view routes in which they can ride ... aka Ride Class for Fixed [FR Policy Builder]. Work to allow specific riders to only ride specific routes.
- Update Planning Module Icon. Planning and Analysis - Updating icon.

- Add in columns for Isolation and Car Seat to the On Demand User request report. Added Isolation, Infant Seat and Toddler Seat to the On Demand User request report. By default these columns will not be selected.
- Calculate travel time using Bike Mode for On Demand Requests. This will allow the use of bike routes when calculating travel times and etas. In order for bike routes to be used, you will need to select which vehicle type should use the bike routes. See screenshot below.

- Allow users to update and retrieve their own phone numbers (backend and web). Backend now supports Admin Web to allow users to update phone numbers; Mobile Phone Number and Home Phone NumberFixed Route Dashboard/Reporting Not Reflecting Accurate Ridership Numbers. Hotfix was released on 2/12/24 to address reports of inaccurate ridership numbers (both in dashboard and ridership reporting).

- Utilization of Reservations Manifest and Wallet Fares. Adds support for deduction of wallet fares when utilizing the reservations manifest for marking reservations used. Mobile work forthcoming. This has been released to production however is effectively turned off until the driver app is updated to handle errors.
- Use aria-current=page on left side navigation in rider and admin apps. Accessibility work.
- Disable OD PrePay. Prevent OD from using prepay due to the inability to refund requests if they are canceled before taking the ride.
- Make Flex-associated rides unavailable for On Demand scheduling. This prevents On Demand requests from being scheduled to FlexRide vehicles. This is important as the FlexRide vehicles need to be kept empty until the time of batching.
- PennTransit: Request unique identifier field (User ID) added to On Demand Reports. This adds the userid field to these On Demand reports: User Requests, Riders, Riders by Day.
- agency_url in GTFS should not be missing in agency.txt. agency_url field is optional, however the GTFS static feed fails the validator when this field is empty. This ticket is to use the webHostName when the agency_url is empty.
Fix
- Region Not Updating Under Shifts. Fixes an issue when changing regions and editing a shift via dispatch > shifts was not returning the correct vehicles for the selected region.
- Filters Not Updating in Assignments. Fixes an issue within the assignments page where the column filter was not filtering as intended.
- Initial Schedule does not work in stage for Flex. Fixed an issue that was preventing the testing of the waitlist process due to the initial scheduler not working.
- Draft Request endpoint for Flex gives erroneous waitlist positions. Fixed an issue where the waitlist position in the rider app was incorrect due to the request endpoint.
- Slow Flex Requests Report. Improve the performance of the Flex Requests report when pulling data for large date ranges (> 1 month).

- Valet | Add 'deletedat' Attribute to JSON. Valet - Adding ‘deletedat’ attribute to JSON in which will be present if a keybox is deleted. This will allow the front end to differentiate between active and deleted keyboxes.
- New endpoint to support requesting EV Charging. Valet - Supporting backend work for the Valet Rider App.
- Create ticket to add arbitrary instances for Keybox and golden tests. Valet
- Remove finishedAt in Valet.Ticket. Valet - Backend tech debt ticket that removes unused endpoint.
- Remove Version from Keybox type parameter. Valet - Backend tech debt.
- Ability to rebatch flex requests (subsequent scheduler). This is a key item for FlexRide, with the subsequent scheduler, any gaps created by cancels after the initial batch can be scheduled with waitlisted requests.
- Add Rider Preference and Ride Position based on the FlexRide waitlist to the User Requests report. This is a key item for FlexRide reporting. This will allow users to see the demand by route and what the waitlist is.
