• We’ll be collecting more rider app analytics. Initially, we are going to collect: Home tile tapped, Trip Planned, and Application Start. Additional analytics will be captured in future iterations and are subject to change as we expand our dashboarding and analytic offerings.

• Rider table views reset focus on background refresh when using Switch Control or "Full Keyboard Access." Improving behavior when the UITableView is reloaded.
• Update Points of Interest card to better match parking lot card style. Style and content update. A simplified view of POI information.
• Replaced all usages of Dark text to label color. As we need to add support for theming in the Rider Apps, we must update colors to use the system's default of label color. Label color allows us to have dynamic colors when changing themes rather than having a hard-coded dark text color.
• Update Rider minimum iOS version to 14.0. We’ve updated several deprecated functions. Some background colors. TripShot Wallet, nearby vehicles and Bluetooth ranging, location manager callbacks and push notification presentation.
• Replaced all usages of White background with system background. As we need to support theming we have to move away from hard-coded white backgrounds to support system backgrounds. Using system background enables us to use dynamic background styling when we have additional themes in the app.

• Add high ridership count diagnostics to the driver app. Adding diagnostics to collect low-level tap events in efforts to improve multi-screen interaction capabilities.

• Prompt for notification permission in Android Driver. Improved behavior of Notification prompts in the Driver App.
• Change Accessibility Preference from "Wheelchair" to "Wheelchair or Mobility Device". Updating verbiage. Changing “Wheelchair” to “Wheelchair or Mobility Device” and “Visually Impaired” to “Blind or Low Vision”.

• Remove the experimental flag "onDemandStopVisibility". We have removed the experiment flag that was hiding the ‘Reveal next stop to the driver’ setting in the Admin console. This will be available to all users. The new setting in the UI is set to 30 minutes by default. To always see the next stop, set to 0.
• Adding a simple admin interface to view analytics events to ensure that rider app events are being captured and stored correctly.

• Unable to Update Watcher Emails For Incidents. Correcting the behavior when updating email addresses for Watchers.

• Trip Planner removes trip if the scheduled time is past the current time. Improving behavior. Now an option is shown when filtering based on "Depart Now" if any of the following are true:

1. The scheduled departure time is in the future, or
2. The vehicle is present at the departure stop, or
3. The ride is accepted or active and the estimated arrival time is in the future, or
4. The ride is scheduled (not yet accepted) and the scheduled time is no more than 30 minutes in the past.

• Agency_phone field in the agency.txt file not populating in the GTFS export. Improving this behavior. Now, the phone number will automatically populate in the agency_phone field in the agency.txt file when the GTFS files are exported.
