In December our product team released updates and enhancements to our admin web portal. Users can now generate reports focused on the time between stops on Loops
In December our product team released updates and enhancements to our admin web portal. Users can now generate reports focused on the time between stops on Loops, the On Time report now has a new column called ‘Stop to Stop Travel Time’ as well as a new filter called ‘Loop Ride Only’. We also increased map road snapping capabilities for enhanced travel time predictions. We also added the functionality for the wallet (external fund) to support a negative fund and for admins to include a notation for said transactions.

Web Updates
Admin Web - 2022-12-02
- Create report that tracks the time between stops on Loop Routes. The On Time report now has a new column called ‘Stop to Stop Travel Time’ as well as a new filter called ‘Loop Ride Only’.
1. Add new column group selector : "Stop to Stop Travel Time". Selecting this adds 3 new columns to the report: a. Next Stop b. Next Stop Actual Arrival Time c. Travel Time to Next Stop
2. Add a new filter : "Loop Rides Only". Selecting this filters report to stops on rides that are part of a loop (either exact or inexact). - To produce the desired report a user can do this:
1. Select "Stop to Stop Travel Time" and "Actual Departure Time", and disable all other checkboxes under "Columns"
2. Select "Loop Rides Only" filter
3. Run report or Download report - This results in a report with each stop of each ride in order, with the next stop listed and travel time to that next stop.
- Support road snapping (for many applications). Increased map road snapping capabilities for enhanced travel time predictions.
- Expose Stop Details (Name of Stop and Stop Number) On Capacity Alerts. Will now display Stop Name and Stop Number on Capacity Alerts.
- For wallet external fund, support negative fund (to reduce balance) and an admin note. In rare cases we cannot refund a transaction through Braintree as the card is expired or otherwise refuses any transactions. In these cases the customer must refund outside of our system. To keep the rider balance correct we then need to reduce the rider balance. The External Fund transaction already exists, but currently only allows adding to balance. This ticket documents the need to allow negative external funds to reduce the rider balance. At same time support adding a note to an External Fund transaction so admins can remember what they did.
- Precalculate Parking Lot Statuses and Cache them. Improved parking lot statuses and increased parking tile loading performance.
- Update Short Name in Ride by Ridership Card to Reflect Ride Short Name. We will now show the ride short name vs. the route short name on the ride by ridership card on the dashboard section of the admin web.
- Add region to /commutejournal and /VanpoolRideReport. Van region now available in these reports.
- Fix styling for multi-picker buttons. Correcting style. Multi-picker dropdown buttons do not have proper button styles, specifically om: GTFS > GTFS-RT Alerts (Stops button)
Admin Web - 2022-12-16
- riderCapacityAlertDetails produces Nothing when it should not. Corrected issue when no vendor was assigned to a vehicle. Capacity alerts are now showing the details like Stop name & number for the vehicle with or without having the vendor associated.
