Rider App - 2024-09-10

- Hide parking reservations from users when appropriate. Removes reservations for users that are restricted from parking reservations.

- Show FlexRide route name under My Trips and when viewing ride details. We will now display the FlexRide route name in My Trips after the request has been scheduled.

Improve
- Valet | Make Parking Lot Association Optional - Parking lot requirement is now optional when creating a valet service.
- Grant Vendor Manager Role Access to Jobs Tab. Vendor Managers now have access to the “Jobs” module.
Fix
- Error message gets displayed on downloading 'Run Sheet' report as vendor manager under Jobs page. Corrected this behavior.
- 'Error undoing check in' is displayed when the admin attempts to use the 'Undo Check In' feature for a shift in the 'Shifts' section on the 'Dispatch' page. Corrected this behavior.

- Valet | Consequences of Deletion of Associated Parking Lot. Parking lot association is now optional when creating a Valet Service.
- Update New GTFS Service End Date 30 Days Before the Old End Date. For routes with no end dates, the GTFS end date is set to one year into the future. This is then extended by another year and this ticket will extend the end date 30 days before the last end date.
- Change ‘User Report’ to ‘Valet Attendant Report’. Valet User report name updated to Valet Attendant report.
- Change the defaultTravelTimeUpdateRules. FlexRide requests are scheduled in advanced and do not need the eta’s to be updated as frequently, which is causing unnecessary load on the DB. The new ETA update times are below:

- < 2 hours | 15 minutes
- otherwise 12 hours
Fix
- Temporarily disable updating navigation for moved Google stops.
- Incorrect validation 'Error checking in' displayed when vendor manager tries to check a shift (including an OnDemand ride) on 'Dispatch >> Shifts' page. Correcting behavior to allow checking in through dispatch by a vendor manager.
- Error page is displayed when the admin saves route service having the Pickup stop with 'RequestToDriver' option on the 'Routes' page. .
- Valet User Report throws an error when the Admin tries to access it. . .
- Protection Rides are Sometimes Not Monitored. Correcting Behavior to allow running of Ride Monitor for Protection Rides.
