Recent product releases now include an Insights category. This offers more granular data-oriented updates such as creating a toggle/exit toggle button to open a pane containing multiple filter options and allowing End Users to Define Early and Late Parameters for On-Time Performance.
Another exciting update is the ability to mark a region as not visible to riders via a new setting within the regions tab called “Hide from Riders”. If this setting is checked that region will no longer be available to be selected in the rider app and rider web. Read on for detailed product updates this month
iOS Updates
Rider App - 2024-07-07
New
- Valet Feedback. Mobile ticket to introduce feedback ratings in TSR. Feedback would be presented when a valet ticket has been delivered or left behind. This feedback would include existing 5 star rating including a notes section.
- Valet Announcements. Mobile ticket to include announcements sent to driver in the valet ticket view as an entry/event.

- Support driver special activities. Front end work supporting NTD reporting. Adds a Driver Initiated Special Activities button (+) to start/end/report desired activities.
- Add keyboard badge reader diagnostics. Adding detection and reporting (OK/Not OK) for keyboard badge readers.

- Ability to mark a region as not visible to riders. There is a new setting within the regions tab called “Hide from Riders”. If this setting is checked that region will no longer be available to be selected in the rider app and rider web. If that region is the riders preferred region, then the rider app will default to the home region until the rider changes the region.
- Valet | Add State Transition By to Ticket Report [Front End]. Adds state transition by to the ticket report; which include: Received by, Parked by, EV start by, EV end by, Pulled by, Ready by, Delivered by and Left Behind by. Note: Requested by and EV requested by omitted for discussion.
Improve
- Valet | Update Ticket Viewer to Include "Transition With". Valet Ticket Viewer now has an additional column “Initiated With” that displays the device used for the corresponding event.
- Support IRIS sending data directly via MQTT rather than their cloud service. Backend work to set up a MQTT broker that effectively eliminates IRIS cloud services.
Fix
- The Sort Order for the date columns in Incidents is not correct. This fixes an issue Created column was not sorting in ascending date order or descending date order correctly.

- Replace node.js dashboard backend with ExaTMS. Simplifying by removing node.js entirely from the design, and support dashboard endpoints in ExaTMS just like all the other endpoints.
Admin Web - 2024-07-26

- Add Date range filter for the Redeemed codes report. This will allow the user to select a start date and end date when running the redeemed codes report for external codes.
- Valet | Add Feedback Feature to Valet Ticket Landing Page. Valet ticket landing page now supports users adding feedback.
Improve
- Create separate GTFS API documentation. Created separate API document for GTFS.
- Provide API for trips that are run on any given day. Updated the API so that it provides all the scheduled rides that run on a given day. When using the routeServiceBundle endpoint, there is a new dayMap parameter.
- Support option to automatically cancel rides of shifts that have not been checkin after a delay - Route Drill Down. The experiment flag to enable auto cancelation for just a specific route is: autoCancelForRoute:<route id>. Multiple such experiment flags can be added, for different routes. If the autoCancel instance parameter is set and no such experiment flags are set then auto cancel is enabled for all rides of all routes. So when enabling this for ART add the experiment flag first, then set the auto cancel value under Instance Management.
- Improve Alerts Search Results Within the Dispatch Tab - Mainline. Ports over improvements to mainline from the azure branch. Improvement allows alerts to be filtered by tags, vehicle, stop, route and ride via dispatch search.
Fix
- No axis labels displayed for the 'Ridership over Time' chart on Data Science tab. Added in a X and Y axis for day and time for the ridership over time dashboard.
- Error loading data is displayed when Vendor manager navigates to 'Data Science' page. Fixed an issue where there was an error loading data is displayed when Vendor manager navigates to 'Data Science' page.
