February product updates and enhancements can be found in detail below. We are continuing to work on airport and destination management functionality that is in Beta as well as fixes to the driver app and improvements to our admin web portal.
Android Updates

- Additional work on the Airports/Destination Management product
Fix
- Fix crash when tapping on On Demand notification
- Fix crash on BLE peripherals screen on long press
- Fix crash when displaying upcoming On Demand stop
- Fix crash when no browser enabled and URL link tapped on Settings
- Fix crash on DVIR sign off
Driver App - 2025-03-26
Improve
- Show notes and supplement information on On Demand Itinerary screen. Notes will appear for all driver app instances and supplements will only appear for resort instances.
- Switch from Itinerary to Drive when On Demand ride becomes active. The driver app will automatically make the ride active if the driver has checked in and the shift time has passed. This will prevent drivers from missing shift start times if they are in the itinerary screen.
Web Updates
Admin Web - 2025-02-13
Improve
- Allow Client App to Set User's Tags in `/v1/userAccessToken`. When creating new users via the POST /v1/userAccessToken endpoint, the client can now set tags on the user.
- Update API documentation to Expose On Demand feedback endpoints to Client Apps.
- Improve UI of Reservations > User Reservations > Summary so admins now have a new field titled ‘Reservations Waitlisted’.
- Integrate existing arrival detection restrictions into SNAP - Arrival detection using SNAP now respects when geofences go live. Eg. "3 minutes prior to scheduled time".
- Added functionality to display an error message when trying to edit an already posted announcement.
Fix
- Delete Associated Route Subscriptions when a User is Deleted - Fixes a bug where route subscriptions were not deleted for deleted users.
- UI issues when replacing route service - Fixes minor UI issues with new copy and replace route service feature. This includes routing the user to the Schedule tab on save and on an error.
