In the TripShot Admin platform we now offer the ability to prevent duplicate rides for On Demand Requests. This is a new feature to limit the number of scheduled On Demand requests a user can have. Note that this is for scheduled requests, so once the driver departs, the rider can request another trip. The dispatcher using the admin web can override this limit.

New
- Valet | Backend support creating a Valet Device report quantifying the number of devices used within a specified date range by listing devices, quantity of tickets handled and number of days used for each device.
- Valet | Front end support creating a Valet Device report quantifying the number of devices used within a specified date range by listing devices and quantity of tickets handled for each device.
Improve
- Adjust Valet devices report so it can be integrated into the frontend. Backend work supporting valet device report.
- Add audit_log trigger to iris_apc table. Backend work making IRIS apc table auditable for debugging IRIS issues.
- Allow for all FlexRide trips to open for reservations at a specific time. This will allow the reservations windows to open on a weekly basis at a set day and time. This will allow reservations windows to be the same between Fixed Route and FlexRide.
- Announcement notification status. Implementation of new designs for posted announcements notifications status.
- Ability to edit text displayed in Timetable view of a Route. This will allow the user to update the headway time for looping routes that is shown in the timetable view in the rider app.
- No upper limit should be set for 'Street Address' field on 'Valet >> Valet Service' page. Removes upper limit set for Street Address field.
- Default information should be displayed when no driver feedback notes are provided in the 'Notes' section to maintain consistency. Improves default information displayed when driver feedback notes are null.
- Make EV Charging an attribute and make spaces support a `LatLng` location field.
- Remove ‘Multiple DVIR Templates’ Experiment Flag. All instances that have DVIR enabled will now have the ability to create multiple DVIR templates
- The trip planner is not showing the options closest to the request time and showing excessive options outside of the requested time. This updates the sort order and filtering when showing riders the trip planner options.
- When using “arrive by” criterion, show results in descending travel end time. Otherwise show results in ascending travel start time.
- When requesting a “depart at” time, if the cutoff time is more than 5 minutes from now (either earlier or later), we apply a strict depart at filter without including any earlier results. - No upper limit should be set for 'Street Address' field on 'Valet > Valet Service' page. - Valet | Device Report - Add number of days used column. Adds number of days used column to the device report.
Fix
- Inconsistency in Font Color and Size for 'Rating' and 'Notes' in 'Driver Feedback' Section on 'Valet >> Ticket Viewer' page. Minor format improvements to Ticket Viewer.
- Appropriate validation should be displayed when admin provides invalid date in 'End Day' field & clicks on 'Show Report' button on 'Valet > Summary/Ticket Reports' page. Corrects validation error displayed when invalid dates are entered for Summary and Ticket reports.
- Announcements status (Pending/Completed/Failed) text color is too light to be properly readable on Settings > Announcements page. Fixes colors used for Announcement Status to be readable. Originally using theme colors has now been updated to be the usual secondary text color.
- 'Delete' button should be displayed as disabled to user role other than admin for future announcements on 'Settings > Announcement' page. Fixes an issue where read only admin had access to delete an announcement. The fix now considers the ‘CanSendAnnouncement’ right and shows the delete and save buttons based on the right.

- Render nominal headway times in rider web using similar logic to the mobile app. Correcting behavior to display proper headway times.
Admin Web - 2024-08-23

Fix
- Ride search (using full name) should work on 'Dispatch' page. This fixes an issue so that a user can search by the ride name in alerts even if there is no ride.
- ExtendedTimeOfDay doesn't work well in v1/commuteJournalEntry. This fixes an issue where Luum was not receiving data when the data spans midnight. With ExtendedTimeOfDays >=24hr in the v1/commuteJournalEntry we get hard-to-understand errors that are related to JSON serialization.
Rider Web - 2024-08-13
Fix
- Error page is displayed after downloading a receipt and then clicking the browser back button on the 'Wallet' page. This fixes an issue where the user would receive an error if they clicked on the back button after downloading the receipt.
